Telephone conversation between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud

On November 26, 2020, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Retno Marsudi.

The ministers discussed the current situation in the region and emphasized the importance of implementing the trilateral statement signed on November 9, 2020 on a full ceasefire and the cessation of hostilities. They also stressed the significance of the joint statement in terms of ensuring lasting peace and development in the region.

The Ministers also discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as exchanged views on expanding cooperation within international organizations.
